Shipping and handling costs are not included in refunds or exchanges. If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, the customer shall bare the cost of the shipping back to Mom's Skincare's corporate office. If a Mom's Skincare product is purchased at a retail location other than this website, it must be returned to the original point of purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges made after 30 days of the purchase date.
It may take up to 30 days for us to process refunds or exchanges. In the event of a refund, we will credit the same card you used for your original purchase. If you paid with a money order and are due a refund, we will send you a refund check within 30 days of the date that you filed the refund request with us. We do not process exchanges or refunds for international orders.

Please include your full name, telephone number (with area code), mailing address, original receipt (packing slip), detailed reason for the refund or exchange and the minimally or unused product in question. Also please indicate if you would like a refund or if you would like us to exchange the product for another. In the event of an exchange, please indicate if you would like us to exchange the returned product for the same product or a different product of equal or lesser value. If you would like us to exchange the returned product for another product of greater value, please include a money order for the additional amount, including shipping and handling or request that we bill the same credit card that you originally processed the order with for the additional amount.
Mom's Skincare reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange request if we feel the reason is unacceptable. Only one refund/exchange per customer.
